The sureFIT design service enables tailored memory solutions for SoCs, aligning memory architectures with specific workload profiles. sureCore is currently collaborating with developers in both Server-AI and Edge-AI segments, where memory subsystems are widely regarded as a critical differentiator. For server-class devices, raw throughput is essential; for edge deployments, ultra-low voltage operation is a key design constraint. In both cases, optimized memory architectures—including in-memory compute techniques—can reduce data movement between processor and memory, thereby improving model execution efficiency.
sureCore also highlights the importance of statistical characterization in scaling large memory arrays for AI chips, which may integrate millions of bit cells. Understanding device behavior under a range of operating extremes is essential to achieving target yields and long-term performance reliability.
