The facility, located approximately 15 minutes from downtown Austin, was developed over a three-year period and includes two climate-controlled buildings designed for logistics, packaging, crating, rigging, and warehousing.

The site is expected to bring 75 to 100 new jobs to the region, joining TransPak’s current team of over 200 employees already based in Manor. The campus features infrastructure aimed at supporting sensitive, high-value semiconductor equipment that may be affected by temperature or environmental conditions. Controlled temperature, humidity, and air quality throughout the facility help protect products during storage, handling, and shipment.

“It was a privilege for TransPak to celebrate alongside our teammates, the talented team at ARCO/Murray, our valued customers, and the supportive Manor community,” said Mark Wordekemper, General Manager of TransPak Manor. “We want to thank ARCO/Murray for all its hard work on the facility and organizing the grand opening. We’re thrilled about the opportunities this new campus brings for TransPak, our customers, and the growing city of Manor.”

“We welcome TransPak’s expansion here in Manor with open arms,” said Scott Jones, economic development director, City of Manor, Texas. “This new facility represents a significant investment in our community, creating new job opportunities for our residents and driving economic growth. We look forward to continuing to support TransPak as it grows its presence here.”
